Project Lead / Aberdeen

The client is currently recruiting for the position of Project Lead, based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:
* Follow-up, analyse and report cost and schedule
* Development of detailed engineering scope of work and ensure that company's technical requirements are fulfilled
* Close out actions from FEED HAZID/HAZOP`s
* Ensure that procurement process is done in line with contract and rules and regulations
* Liaise with company's technical authorities/discipline leads and provide clarifications, input to design and ensure that EPCI contractor carry out required project deliverables
* Review of engineering/project documentation and ensure document management in PIMS and STID (company's databases)
* Liaise with onshore/offshore operations in planning/manning for offshore construction scopes
* Support and participation at FAT`s/SIT`s
* Support and participation at project HAZID, combined HAZOP and model reviews
* Provide updates to company's project management (monthly reports, prepare presentations/partner meetings/offshore operations)
* Liaise with other departments for well planning to ensure this aligns with topsides engineering scope
* Prepare management of change requirements with new project scopes
* Support offshore construction/mechanical completion/commissioning
* Input to project verification reviews
* Support handover requirements from project to operations (documentation/ procedures/ sparing/support contracts etc)
* Follow up contractors with respect to cost control and schedule.
* Ensure document management in PIMS
* Close out actions from FEED HAZID/HAZOP`s
* Development of detailed engineering scope of work for polymer onshore transfer skid and vessel modification scopes
* Key focal point to onshore transfer skid and vessel modification engineering vendors during detailed engineering scope, provide clarifications, provide input to design and ensure required project deliverables are carried out
* Review of engineering/project documentation
* Liaise with onshore logistics team planning/manning for construction scopes
* Support and participation at FAT`s/SIT`s
* Support and participation at project HAZID`S, combined HAZOP and model reviews
* Provide updates to company's project management (monthly reports, prepare presentations/partner meetings/offshore operations)
* Prepare management of change requirements for Mariner A with new project scopes
* Support construction/commission activities
* Input to project verification reviews
* Mobilise offshore to support offshore commissioning/polymer start up on Mariner A.
* Support handover requirements from project to operations (documentation/procedures/sparing/support contracts etc)
