Our client has part aboriginal ownership and gets consistent work from the government for rural locations.  This is a unique opportunity that does not come up very often in the area of Ballarat. They provide a great working environment, and are looking for an experienced quality Senior Project Manager to join the team.


As the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
• Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work 
• Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
• High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site

To be considered for the position of Senior Project Manager you will require:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Project Management on Commercial projects
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction/Engineering or a trade background
• Experience, or a good understanding of Design is a plus
• Previously worked on fit out and refurbishment projects
• The ability to build and maintain client relationships
