Head of Drilling Equipment Services and Purchasing Segment

Context

Manage and optimize the monitoring of the performance of the UPS/DWES category by setting up appropriate KPIs for the various segments of the category. In charge of coordination with other TGP entities of supplier and market intelligence, assistance to Leading Segments for the sourcing of new suppliers, referent for the category of supplier qualification and the roadmap responsible purchasing and CFR (carbon footprint reduction).

Tasks to be performed

Under the supervision of the Category Manager and in collaboration with the Leading Segments of the category, you ensure market intelligence, coordinate relationships with strategic and key suppliers, consolidate and monitor the execution of the Master Procurement Planning of the Category, define the KPIs to follow the deployment of the purchasing strategy defined for the various segments, the proper use of framework contracts and follow the objectives of the category.

You will be the focal point for the qualification of suppliers in the category, the monitoring of their performance, and the coordinator for the implementation of climate and sustainable development actions with our suppliers.

In support of the leading segments, you will be the focal point on the analysis of the expenses of the various segments of the category via the tools available.

You set up remuneration models with, if possible, cross-industry harmonisation.

The Purpose: To improve the Company's economic performance and optimize processes by ensuring the proper execution of purchasing strategies in terms of quality, safety, environment, reliability, costs and deadlines.

 Technical Prerequisites

As a true conductor and pilot in your purchasing and services segment, you must both take the height with internal customers to define a vision and strategy within the framework of needs, as well as animate this business implementation with all stakeholders.

• Occasional trips abroad.

• High expertise in technical professions and confirmed purchasing expertise (direct or indirect).

• Legal and financial expertise, expertise in IT tools (SAP, e-Sourcing, Excel, Word, Access).

• Expertise in drilling services and/or purchases and/or the drilling equipment market and/or the E&P environment.

• The languages of the service will be in English and French (mainly English).
