Contract: Travel Coordinator / Perth

About the Role:
- The Travel Coordinator is responsible for implementing and advising the business on Travel operations Guidelines, Practices and Policies & Procedures in accordance with our client's Aviation & Travel Standard and best industry practices.
- Aid in global travel planning and updating stakeholders on travel considerations.


Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end to end aviation and travel services for Oil & Gas Production, Exploration and Developments. 
- Close liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support and manage their offshore travel requirements.
- Report on travellers compliance to the Aviation & Travel Standards and Guidelines
- Support the development of Aviation & Travel Procedures and Guidelines
- Provide Training to stakeholders in the use of our clients' Aviation Systems
- Assist in ensuring traveller compliance with the Aviation & Travel Standards and Guidelines

 

Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision 
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management.
- Major Operator Travel Management Processes (to be able to train others and adapt systems to meet changing circumstances)
- Good problem solving skills including an ability to manage personal experience and group dynamics to deliver best outcomes.
- Basic understanding of accounting and invoice processes.
- Understanding of relevant Travel systems
   

 
Pay rate: Flexible, between $350 - $450 per day 

Start Date: ASAP

Duration of Assignment: 12 months
