On behalf of a major EPcM We are searching for a Environmental Methods Lead to join them Dar es Salam on rotational bases.
This will be working on construction of a 1,500km pipeline
There is 2 position available:
1 x Office based position on a 8/2 rotation (50 hours per week)
The Environmental Methods Lead will report to the Environmental & Social Manager and will have the following responsibilities:

The Environmental Methods Lead will report to the Environmental & Social Manager and will have the following responsibilities:
- Review/comment on CC or EPC plans, procedures and method statements to ensure that requirements of ESIA and BAP are taken into account and addressed.
- Provide support and direction to site-based Environmental Coordinators, Officers, and Cultural Heritage Officers, based on construction priorities and ESIA/BAP commitments.
- Provide training and capacity building to site teams through initial familiarisation training, on-the-job training, and distance support.
- Environmental experience in the pipeline industry
- Ability to understand and explain all project environmental requirements
- Physical ability to work in the field and conduct inspection in difficult terrain
- Extensive and proven experience in pipeline and associated facilities Management of Construction
