The client has a national presence Australia-wide and builds across multiple states. They are rapidly expanding in New South Wales and are currently building over 2000 homes a year nationally. Due to expansion in the team, a strong Customer Service professional with experience in the residential construction industry with exposure to permits & council processes to manage their own portfolio of clients across the end to end construction process, from pre-site through to handover, seeing you working across;

Due to expansion in the team, a strong Customer Service professional with experience in the residential construction industry with exposure to permits & council processes to manage their own portfolio of clients across the end to end construction process, from pre-site through to handover, seeing you working across;
- Managing customer relations and communications in relation to progress and delivery of the home building agreement
- HIA contract generation
- Proactively manage and prioritise pre-site requirements and approvals to support the construction process
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders both internal and external including clients, suppliers, contractors, lenders & brokers as required
- Ensuring projects comply with planning schemes and building regulations
- Applying for permits and coordinate the approvals process
- Maintaining accurate documentation and file management
- Ensuring efficient workflow and that timelines are met
- Negotiate and manage any approval application questions
- Plan and partake in consultative meetings, walking through final construction contracts and plans
- Completion of settlement letters prior to and completion of settlement
About You
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Experience related to residential building industry ESSENTIAL
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly computer literate
- The ability to prioritise your workload in a changing environment
- A high attention to detail
- The ability to work towards deadline
Remuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive;
- A remuneration package of $65-75k+superannuation, experience dependent
- Company laptop & mobile phone allowance
