Contract: Specialist Safety-I – Senior Safety Specialist / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 28/28

•    Provide technical and advisory assistance to customers on CHESM and HSE related issues
•    Tracks the changes in RoK legislations associated with safe work practices
•    Interfaces with contractors on HSE aspects
•    Conduct safety audits and inspection on sites, develop recommendations and improvement plans 
•    Conduct gap analysis in HSE Management Systems of contractors and develop mitigation plans
•    Organize routine activities and meetings with contractors and business owners
•    Conduct HSE qualifications of contractors
•    Work with CHESM database 

Qualification requirements
•    Higher technical education
•    3 years of experience in HSE
•    2 years of work experience in Tengiz
•    Intermediate English, fluent Russian, Kazakh preferred
•    Strong MS Office user 
•    Must know
o    HSE Regulations, standards and practices
o    HSE Management System
o    Fundamentals of Labor Legislation 
o    Process of HSE audits and inspections
