Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

• 8-10 years' experience estimating commercial interior fitouts.
• Experience estimating in the preconstruction phase.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Computer skills, including Bluebeam Revu, OnScreen Takeoff, Building Connected, ProCore, etc.
