Desirable - a certified SHL administrator for conducting tests
Requests and reconciles annual department hiring plan, monitors hiring plan execution during the year.
Particicpates in development annual Job Fair plan for university graduates
Supports hiring departments in opening vacancies
Confirms open position notification forms, checks against company strategic staffing plan and approve job description
Posts vacancies on internal and external
Administers Recruitment process
Informs local employment center on open vacancies by sending information letters
Reviews candidates’ application forms in the system and conducts initial screening as per requirements and selection criteria
Organize and conducts aptitude tests
Participates in interview as HR representative, checks recommendations and confirms selection results.
Provides consultancy to candidates, hiring department manager/supervisors on job offer, company social package and work conditions.
Conducts regular analyses on recruitment process and develops suggestions on optimization on process
Establishes and maintains close relationships with other departments.
Coordinates interaction with recruiting agencies in the selection of personnel
Attracts additional resources for finding candidates
