About the Role
As the Finance Manager for this busy Residential Homes business, you will report directly into the General Manager and manage a small team of finance administrators. You will also have the opportunity to be an integral part of the executive team and provide financial insights to key stakeholders.
This newly created role will see you as a real go-to throughout this upcoming period of growth for the business.

Your responsibilities as a Finance Manager will include but not be limited to:
- Report and maintenance of: Cashflow, WIP spreadsheet, Business Summary, P&L, Balance sheet, End of project review, business performance - budget vs actual etc.
- Business forecasting and budgeting
- Liaise with external accounts, solicitors, auditors and insurance providers
- Annual review and maintenance of business contracts
- Home owners warranty insurance reporting
To be considered for the position of Finance Manager you will have:
- Substantial experience within a Senior Finance or Finance Manager position
- MUST have experience working in a construction business, with residential preferred
- Tertiary qualifications
- Proven experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills
- MYOB Proficient
