Site Supervisor Dubbo or Mudgee / Australia

This company builds on their own land in large subdivisions or townhouse blocks. They have projects across New South Wales and are growing in the Dubbo/Mudgee areas. Working in a large and experienced team and under the supervision of the Construction Manager and Area Construction Manager, you will be overseeing up to 20 homes. 

The company is a NSW builder/developer, with offices across the state. They built 800+ homes in NSW  and are also diversifying their project portfolio into high end homes, custom highend homes, townhouses, and housing subdivisions. 

The role:

• Supervise the build of 17-20 new homes in a defined area (either Mudgee or Dubbo)
• Co-ordinate and schedule daily workloads 
• Manage labour and trades both direct and sub contracted
• Keep regularly, weekly contact with the client
• Keep the company and customer up to date on progress and performance
• Resolve any problems

The requirements:

• At least 4 years' experience in a foreman/supervisor/site manager role
• A solid background within residential construction
• Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building ideally
• Previous experience managing multiple sites
• Previous experience working for a project home builder is advantageous
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A Builders/Supervisors license would be an advantage
• Must have a valid driver's license
