Operations Manager | Residential Builder / Australia

The Company:

A successful builder, building over 1000 homes per year. Renowned for their quality workmanship, they pride themselves on their brand & architecturally designed homes for which they have won several awards. 

With a strong pipeline of work ahead, they are currently seeking to appoint an Operations Manager to look after their KDRB division.

This is a key role to lead and inspire the team to deliver results, as well as to foster a supportive work environment. 
  
The Opportunity:

Reporting to a supportive General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and managing workflow to ensure targets are met 
• Ongoing training and development of staff 
• Ensuring excellent level of service is provided to all clientele 
• Reporting and analysing data as required to update Senior Management 
• Conducting weekly workflow meetings to track progress of job files 
• Continuous improvement of systems and processes 

About You:
 
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 5+ years experience in the residential building industry (preferably with exposure to custom homes or dual occupancy) 
• Demonstrated people management skills 
• Strong scheduling ability to manage workflow of jobs 
• A self-starter approach to your work with a passion for what you do 
• The ability to confidently liaise with multiple stakeholders
