With a strong pipeline of work ahead, they are currently seeking to appoint an Operations Manager to look after their KDRB division.
This is a key role to lead and inspire the team to deliver results, as well as to foster a supportive work environment.

The Opportunity:
Reporting to a supportive General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling and managing workflow to ensure targets are met
- Ongoing training and development of staff
- Ensuring excellent level of service is provided to all clientele
- Reporting and analysing data as required to update Senior Management
- Conducting weekly workflow meetings to track progress of job files
- Continuous improvement of systems and processes
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 5+ years experience in the residential building industry (preferably with exposure to custom homes or dual occupancy)
- Demonstrated people management skills
- Strong scheduling ability to manage workflow of jobs
- A self-starter approach to your work with a passion for what you do
- The ability to confidently liaise with multiple stakeholders
