Senior Associate Strategy / Qatar

Client: Logistics and supply chain solutions company. 

As Senior Associate Strategy, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of all commercial and operational improvement initiatives of the clients business units and corporate departments.

You will project manage business units and corporate departments that are undertaking prioritised improvement initiatives through: 

• Identifying the required analysis to conduct and collect details on potential initiatives from units/departments and preparing proposals for leadership discussions on prioritisation for the next phase.
• Managing the cross functional teams to gather the requested data, and conducting the assigned baseline analysis for business cases; preparing content/ presentations for leadership decisions.
• Managing the cross functional teams in developing road maps to implement the approved solutions.
• Monitoring progress of initiatives through follow-ups on the roadmap and preparing dashboards for leadership. 
• Defining the assessments and carry them out to track impact against initially targeted objectives.

Qualifications & Experience 

• Masters of Business Administration, or relevant degree
• 2+ years of Management Consulting experience 
• Experience working in mature markets or with blue-chip companies in emerging markets. Shipping, logistics, and energy industries is beneficial 
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite essential including expertise in Excel & PowerPoint
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to lead projects & initiatives forward 
• Strong presentation skills
