Contract: Project Assistant / France

Responsibilities to include:

Operate filing system to ensure that all paperwork is properly maintained.
Document production, archiving and control (e.g. assigns codes/numbers to documents).
Generate standard reports from systems.
Provide first point of contact internally and for outside callers to the Project team.
Type and write up paper work associated with supporting manager or others professionals.
Requisition standard goods/stationery for the Project team.
Ensure good coordination and communication with project team, main office and other concerned personnel.
Handling of travel/logistics and hotel reservation
Maintain all mission schedules. Organize mission for all personnel.
Follow-up of POB/Holidays.
Organise meetings.
Support the lead HR in all HR aspects
To carry out any other task as may be assigned by the Project management.
