Contract: Digital Analyst / Kazakhstan

Location: Atyrau 5/2

Higher education; experience in similar positions no less than 3 years, Knowledge of Office 365;  
Knowledge of Telecommunication IT discipline is a plus
Knowledge of Excel Pro, PowerBI, PowerApps is a plus
Experience in working with KZ governmental bodies on permission documents, tax declaration for radio frequencies, etc;  
Experience with contracts management, including bids, contracting plans;
Strong analytical and coordination skills;
Good written and verbal communication skills in Kazakh, Russian and English on advanced level;
Quick learner; rapidly acquires new knowledge and learns new skills;
Self - starter, must have skills to work independently with minimal supervision;
Creative thinking, problem-solving and multitasking skills
