Project Control Lead

Duties:

• Lead a team of Project Controls Administrators (approx. 6 people)
• Ensure PAF's, requisitions and invoice are approved by appropriate DOA
• Oversee reporting on actual expenditures, commitments to date
• Compliance reporting
• Problem resolution in all aspects of project cost administration (PRs, POs, invoices, vendors, fixed assets accounting, revex vs capex determination, project closeout etc)
• Interface with the finance team
• Tango - Work with IT&S Support to resolve data and project discrepancies
• Ensure data in Smartsheets and Tango align
• Special projects and process improvements
• Create and process Vendor Templates

Skills & Attributes Required:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven leadership track record
• Capable of managing other contractors in the Project Admin role (Sevan & F&G)
• Very strong skills in SAP and excel
• Very analytical and good attention to detail
• Proven track record of hands-on project controls and project administration experience
• Comfortable presenting and talking to client senior leadership
