Responsibilities:
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain the Global LMS schedule, and coordinate with the team.
- Student registration process
- Support Instructors on loading and managing Course Content and updates
- Ensuring Course Schedule Accuracy
- Attend and help facilitate Staff Calls with Region Training Managers
- Weekly Schedule Review
- Manage Website content & training offerings updates and sustain
- Work with RTM’s to issue requested Purchase Orders and initiate process flow.
- Work with subcontractor relationships
- Admin Support on following:
- Equipment logistics support for instructors
- Assist Instructors for Printing Manuals Process Ownership
- Assist instructors for printing Student Certificates
- Coordinate Customer Student Give-aways
- Assist with facility coordination
- BS degree in business administration, accounting or HR
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- MS Office proficiency
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
