- Strategy for growth
- Co-creating a promotion strategy for foreign markets and participating in its implementation
- Market analysis, collecting information about market growth, potential products and competition data
- Creating a sales strategy for foreign markets and its implementation
- Building a partnership network on foreign markets (especially neighboring countries)
- Team Management
- Building sales department
- Setting KPIs, trainings, team support and team management
- Responsibility for business development and team targets in the EU, ensuring that the pipeline is within benchmarks for sales targets.
- Sales
- Sales of the company's technological product, which are Autonomy@Work robots that are autonomous, collaborative and collaborate with each other and in the environment
- Identifying business development opportunities and searching for new sales opportunities, leads generation and pipeline management
- Building, maintaining and continuous development of business relationships with business partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferably in engineering fields
- Fluent in German and the German cultural and social context is highly desirable allowing free business communication
- Good command of English; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage (Polish, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech)
- 10 years of sales experience for the industrial sector (industrial robots, automatic production lines, automatic logistic systems, machines and devices for industry, etc.)
- Experience in building a sales and partner network on foreign markets
- Excellent knowledge of the market and developed long-term partnership relations with clients
- Autonomy in defining work organization and process to deliver objectives
- Managerial / leadership competences and strategic thinking
- Caring for a high level of internal and external communication standards.
- Commercial mindset, understanding the needs and expectations of customers
- Independence, goal orientation, interpersonal skills
