Job Role / Responsibilities

The Head of Engineering and Maintenance will analyse and develop processes. He or she can propose working methods aimed at optimising labour, dies, equipment, etc. Must investigate problems in the production process, proposing modifications or changes in them.

Responsibilities:

-Expert in Process in order to optimise all types of production processes, implement effective

procedures and work methods, so that the use of available resources is optimised, develop

management skills in the members of the company that allow leading teams of work aligned with

the strategy and objectives of the company.

-Leading the development of the company's new production processes.

-Lead and be responsible for a team of people (Process Engineers and Maintenance Technicians).

-Participate in the design or improvement of working methods.

-To lead and control the human and technical resources of the engineering and maintenance

department.

Requirements

We are looking for an engineer, very detail oriented and with high leadership skills.

Fluent Spanish and English is Mandatory.

Salary Package

The client will offer a rate per hour and will also provide flights, accommodation, transportation, immigration support, payroll services and accident insurance on site.
