Job Role / Responsibilities
Acting as the highways superintendent you will be required to Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Manage and direct multiple foreman, equipment, and subcontractors to meet production goals and ensure operation is safe. Set and meet production goals. Communicate plan, safety, and schedule at weekly meeting.

Requirements
For this role the client we are working with require a minimum of a degree (BSc) Engineering degree to relevant construction technical qualification. At least five years working on highway projects ideally in Texas. Working rights in America.

Salary Package
The salary package is between $100,000 - $150,000 dollar plus a generous benefits package my client would be prepared to discuss the package in more detail.
