Contract: Laboratory Specialist / Oman

One of the clients in Oil field service is looking for a Laboratory Specialist to be based in Oman.
 
Objective:
Provide technical support in order to store and load crude oil on specifications as per customer requirement

Main Tasks and Activities
 

• Make sure Lab equipment are fully functional all time
• Responsible for weekly/monthly/annual maintenance/calibration activities and record keeping
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining minimum stock for Lab equipment spare parts and lab chemicals at the well site.
• Collect and test samples as a minimum for crude oil storage, exportation and record keeping
• Prepare daily Lab tests reports
• Comply to all approved operational and safety procedure in place

 
Omani nationals are preferred
Rotation: 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
