HSE :

- Enforce safety on site and ensure all activities are executed safely.

- Demonstrate personal commitment to the Company HSE Policy by maintaining awareness and ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and company standards.

- Guarantee full enforcement of Logistic Company referential, procedures and related local regulations.

- Participate in elaboration of Shorebase Contractor Bridging Document. Ensure such Bridging Document is fully implemented in Shorebase activities.

- Conduct regular HSE briefings / meetings / inspections with contractors and personnel on site, and follow-up the corrective actions accordingly.

Operations :

- Plan, organize and coordinate the Logistics Base activities and ensure that personnel is in sufficient number for the workload.

- Implement approved vessel schedules and delivery for the efficient delivery of cargo and personnel offshore.

- Ensure safe delivery of cargo to/from offshore and liaise with the suppliers to fix any non-compliant cargo before shipping.

- Guarantee the delivery of materials according to the specifications and the required delivery times.

- Participate in rig calls and communicate with the various stakeholders to ensure the priorities are met.

- Participate in elaboration, then review, up-date and follow-up of land transportation procedures in accordance with E&P rules and establish the land transportation planning.

- Participate in elaboration, then review, up-date and follow-up of lifting procedures in accordance with E&P rules and establish the lifting plans.

- Ensure Logistic (including Lifting) operations are safe and efficient.

- Participate in elaboration, then review, update and follow up warehouse procedures in accordance with company rules.

- Ensure that KPI, comprehensive records and logs are maintained and that an effective working schedule and handovers are carried out at shift change.

Stock Management :

- Ensure materials (including dangerous goods) are safely stored according to company rules or local requirements.

- Ensure maintenance and inspection on stock materials are performed in conformity with the material requirements.

- Ensure materials provided/received from/to the yard and warehouse is in accordance with user requests.

- Ensure the process of stock movements is properly administrated with an appropriate software (reception, release, reintegration, scrap).

- Manage monthly and annual stock inventories.

- Manage storage, administration and disposal of waste in accordance with local requirements.

Budget/Costs :

- Ensure timesheets, service logs and supporting documentation is processed to support invoices to the Company.

- Effective coordination with Suppliers and C&P for all Logistic Contracts.

- Assist manage and ensure Shore Base budget

- Maintain records and statistics to ensure accurate reporting, KPI, cost allocation and invoice checking. Implement corrective actions accordingly.

Methods :

- Ensure WELS (Wellit logistics management system) is fully implemented, operational and shorebase personnel are trained.

- Develop and maintain logistics KPIs each month, clearly demonstrating performance standards and recommendations for improvements.

- Location: Houston Downtown for the preparation phase (6 to 8 weeks) with frequent trips to shorebase (Port- Fourchon, LA), then working on a 15 days rotation basis at the Port-Fourchon shorebase.

- Frequent contacts with Company's staff, contractors, customs and officials.

Qualifications/Experience required

Offshore Logistique Coordinateur basé sur le FPSO Dalia et le Responsable Logistique Transport basé à LuandaEducation: Engineering diploma or high school diploma with 10 years' experience in logistics

Professional experience: 5 years' experience in logistics operations in offshore oil & gas industry with a suitable knowledge of drilling operations. Technical competencies: Comprehensive knowledge in :

- logistics HSE management rules

- lifting/handling and storage techniques

- offshore, marine and helicopter operations

- drilling operations and organization
