Contracts Advisor - Unconventional Resources

On behalf of a Super Major Operator, I am looking for a Contracts Advisor with experience in Unconventional Resources to work full-time in Saudi Arabia. This is a permanent position on a residential status. The client are offering an attractive package with numerous benefits along with the opportunity to play a major role in the world's largest Oil Company.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent level of education. Advanced degree is desirable. A procurement certification is desirable
• Minimum of seven (7) years' experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least two years in Contracts/Subcontract Management or Cost Estimation.
• In-depth knowledge of contract terms and conditions for contractor compliance.
• Experience working in a matrix environment and on cross-functional teams.
• A knowledge in SAP or equivalent system is a must.
• Extensive Major Capital Project Contracting Development and Management experience with higher level degree.
• A thorough understanding of unconventional resource operations, technologies, related services, supply and product logistics, business drivers, cost drivers, and contract procurement.
