Senior Process Engineer
Are you looking for a fantastic Senior Process Engineering opportunity that enables you to develop your career within a globally renowned chemical manufacturing business? Are you a contractor who is suffering from IR35 regulations?
This role, based in Hull, will allow contractors who have suffered from IR35 to remain on a competitive package and perm staff to work with external industry network to identify and develop engineering practices on a 12 months fixed term contract. There is a real opportunity for you to progress within the company in a staff position after the contract has ended.
 
Your Responsibilities
Provide process engineering and technical support for;

• The day to day running of the production plant
• The scoping, design, implementation and commissioning of projects
• Maintaining and improving safety, quality, reliability and efficiency

 
About you
For their role you will need the following skills to be successful;

• A degree in chemical/process engineering
• Chartership or working towards chartership
• Experience working in the chemical/petrochemical industry
• Leadership of capital investment projects up to £50k
• Experience of multi-column distillation and reaction unit operations
• Familiar with ASPENtech process modelling software
• Leading/participating in HAZOPs

Salary & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £77-80k excluding benefits.
