Due to the acquisition of new contracts and continued business growth we now have an immediate requirement for an electrical estimator to join our client. This role would suit a candidate with two to four years’ experience or a qualified electrical tradesman who is looking to make the next step.
You would be working for a well-established electrical contracting company; you will be reporting to the general manager and working closely together to provide accurate and competitive estimates to continuously win a range of tenders for URD & TMR Project. This role is absolutely pivotal in ensuring that the cost of supplies and labour is accurate, and the projects are sustainable and profitable
Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Prepare and develop accurate job cost estimates meeting all agreed timeframes, whilst ensuring all profit margins and cost objectives are met on all tenders
- Assist management with pursuing tender leads and opportunities
- Assist in tender preparations, presentations, negotiations and submission
- Assist in the selection of suitable suppliers/contractors and always obtain best pricing
- Be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with key industry personnel
- Manage and correctly track all information and documentation
