Contract Administrator / Australia

Led by a team of highly experienced Directors with over 150 years collective experience and having exposure to over $4bn worth of projects successfully delivered, this reputable organisation is looking for an ambitious and driven Contracts Administrator to support with a number of high value project wins.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Contracts Administrator will include:

• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
• Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
• Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants

To be considered for the role of Senior Contracts Administrator you will require:

• Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
• Experience working on Commercial Projects in Melbourne
• Knowledge of Melbourne construction market and subcontractors
• Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills
