Senior Manager - Coworking Provider (£180K per annum) / Poland

The client – who is a part of real estate development and Investment Company with strong portfolio of the assets in the CEE region due to further expansion currently is looking for Senior Manager - Coworking Provider.  This is an opportunity to join a new department and be an integral part in its development in Poland.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all building operations and communicate with market support to ensure highest level of landlord satisfaction
• Support and manage the Community Manager in all topics relating to fulfil community task
• Support all local marketing efforts, including providing material for social media
• Identify and execute opportunities to connect members with each other
• Prepare building expense reports and budgets for the location – including logistics, sales, marketing and communities
• Training further employees that join the team within the mentioned location
• Solve landlords’issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage member expectations
• Lead generation and prospecting, sales pipeline management and cultivating and maintaining midsize and large business relationships

Experience & Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Up to 3-5 years of professional experience in hospitality or property (not crucial)
• Experience in managing up to 3 employees
• Strong command of English
• Strong organisation skills with the multitask projects from start to finish
• University degree
