Contract: HR Professional / Canada

Our client, a large oil and gas company, is currently seeking a HR Professional for a 1 year contract in Sherwood Park, AB.

 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

 

• 7-8 years' experience
• Develop HR Operational Standards for the PDH Project
• Operational experience in:

• Developing Schedules; ensuring they follow Alberta Employment Standards
• Schedules expected to change half way through the project so need someone who knows the standards and able to be proactive in implementing them

• Create Job Description Library
• Help gather information from Stakeholders
• Create Role progressions (i.e. Operator Progression)
