Residential building company is looking for a Project Coordinator to work in the head office, full time Monday to Friday. Internal team of 30 staff and building 80 homes a year.

Responsibilities
- Updating customers on their project progression and answering questions
- Send invoices and variations to customers
- Liaising with internal and external teams and consultants
- Getting and submitting development approvals
- Generate and send purchase orders
- Allocation of trades and suppliers to projects
- Organise handover and maintenance
Skills, Qualifications and Attributes
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Construction Administrator or Customer Service Officer
- Relevant construction tertiary education or trade background
- Ability to read construction documentation
