This individual will actively participate and lead the site acceptance tests and is pivotal to the successful commissioning of the sites complex analyzer systems.
Job Details
Location: Monaca, PA.
Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM--Additional OT may be required and would be paid time x 1.5 for any hours worked over 40.
Pay Range: $90/hr.
$149 day per diem will be paid for travel expesnes and incidentals.
Duration: Contract will begin in March, 2020 and will run approximately until December, 2020.
Responsibilities
-Responsible for the execution of the Management of Change work process for reliability related improvements/changes (e.g. sample conditioning system improvements) with approval of Sr. Analyzer Engineer.
-Support and assist in establishing and maintaining PM library and detailed PM text (procedures) for analyzers/QMIs.
-Bring forward and implement programs/procedures to maintain exceptional analyzer equipment reliability.
-Assures compliance to approved Analytical Equipment list, client Design and Engineering Practices (DEPs) and other technical requirements.
-Active in developing training material in Analyzers/ Quality Measurement Instrumentation (QMI) areas.
-Participate in incident investigations related to analyzers and contribute directly to finding root cause and resolution of analyzer bad actors.
-Recommend equipment upgrades and replacements when situations warrant it, such as high cost of maintainability, obsolescence, loss of vendor support, more effective technological breakthroughs, etc.
Qualifications
-Must have at least 3+ years experience as a analyzer inspector or equivalent job capacity.
-Must have prior expereince in the oil and gas industry.
-Must have extensive knowledge of environmental condition monitoring and familiarity with statistical quality control techniques.
- Candidates local to the PA market are strongly preferred.
