Project Manager / Germany

Tasks:

• Lead the crosscompany project team of a turnkey gas turbine power plant project in Germany
• Represent the project to the customers and local authorities as well as within the company
• Cooperate with other power plant projects in execution within our portfolio in Germany
• Ensure,maintain and develop a good relationship with key clients through regular clients visits
• Coordinate progress reports and scheduling activities
• Manage a good relationship with key sub-contractors (civil and erection ones among others). Monitor project financial (cost, revenues, margins, etc.).
• Plan and provide inputs to release the invoices to the clients
• Coordinate the project team (between Genoa and the construction site).
• Maintain a sustainable relationship within the local authorities and other local entities required for the execution of the project.

Profile:

• At least 5 years of project management experience and proven track record in project execution for
  power plants (experience in EPC projects with gas turbines would be a strong plus)
• Degree in Engineering
• Pro-active and taking initiative
• Ability to set priorities and be result-driven and customer oriented with good analytic skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High willingness to travel up to 80% in total (such as a few days in Genoa (Italy) and most of the time
  in Germany)
• Excellent command of English and German, further knowledge of Italian would be an
  asset.
