Project Manager - Award Winning Construction Company - Up to $200K Package / Australia

This award-winning construction company has been operating for over 30 years within the Commercial and Defence space.

They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team working on commercial projects over $20m. The ideal person will have experience running more than 1 project at a time and good knowledge of design.

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
• Hands-on project management delivery of work 
• Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
• High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
• Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction 

To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:

• Defence experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager
• Experience running teams of over 50 people
• Project Management or Civil Engineering degree desirable 
• Previously worked on Government projects up to $50M
