Operations Leader / Netherlands

Description

• Lead identification and definition of operations preparation requirements and timing
• Ensure isolation plans are written for all equipment being worked on
• Define operations manpower requirements for preparation, shutdown, mechanical work execution, commissioning and start-up
• Assist in development and implementation of required training
• Ensure all operational instruction are reviewed and are available in time to stop, empty, fill and start-up the plant 
• Communicate TA preparations status, timing and key elements to the operations department

Requirements

• Chemicals industry education
• Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in the industry.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills in Dutch and preferably English
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• High safety, health, environmental and quality awareness.
• Able to handle confidential information
