Description

In your role as Maintenance Material Planner you control the inventory demands and make sure all demands are processed within the IFS workflow for purchasing according company specifications. Key focus area is to maintain and control the inventory parts for NNL. Work will be mainly related to mechanical, rotating and E&I equipment.

Your core activities will be:

• Alignment and interaction with maintenance work preparators and local procurement
• Constant Alignment and interaction with maintenance materials planner at Sluiskil (backup's)
• Alignment with vendors on material specifications, quotations and confirmations
• Alignment with purchaser for project materials
• Ensure proper follow-up on availability of inventory order proposals
• Ensure proper follow-up on availability demand for maintenance work orders
• Maintaining and creating inventory-, purchase-, and supplier for purchase data for new or modified parts
• Development of Catalog and material specification in Inventory data. Act as the master data for inventory for Rotterdam and Sluiskil
• Follow-up of the E2 (spare parts) request and feedback  to initiator
• Maintain and categories parts to the object ID's
• Controlling and maintaining the inventory range with Singapore and Rotterdam
• Convert and maintain materials contract in material supplier agreements in IFS
• Creating of inventory Purchase Requisition for materials
• Creating of inventory Purchase Orders for materials
• Sending out signed Purchase Orders to vendors
• Controlling and updating of inventory Order confirmations from Vendors in IFS
• Liaise with AP accountable for follow-up  on differences with invoices
• Training of WH employee's on IFS inventory transactions
• Creating and maintaining WH instructions and procedures for inventory
• Creating Count reports and adding count result to IFS
• Creating of Weekly KPI's on inventory transactions
• Creating and maintaining regular KPI's report on inventory and deliveries
• Documenting E2 request to IFS inventory parts

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is:

• MBO Mechanical Engineering ( Werktuigbouwkunde niveau 4 of hoger )
• 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical equipment maintenance in a petrochemical environment
• Advanced knowledge of administrative processes and MMS systems
• Advanced knowledge of materials and specifications mainly mechanical
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems
• Advanced knowledge of gaskets and flanged connections
• Basic knowledge of PMI inspections
• Basic analytical skills
• Working with others towards a common goal.
• Communicating on tactical and operational level in Dutch and English
