Description
In
your role as Site Leader Sluiskil you are responsible for leading the Sluiskil
organization. Providing input and guidance on site key processes. Ensuring
safe, compliant and sustainable operations at all times. Responsible for
directing and controlling the refinery´s operations/production area(s), to
achieve the short and medium-term operating objectives set by the overall
business plan. All achievements should be serving customer expectations in a

Your core activities

- Leading
people - Budget and
reports - Initiate and
lead internal and external meetings - Plan,
organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations safely - Stakeholder
engagement - Ensure
compliance - Formulate
operating strategy in alignment with company's and RP strategy - Achieve
targets - Monitoring
and reporting against targets - Liaises
between the several organisations of a company and communicate and coordinate their
activities by serving as an official go-between - Implement
strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives from Business Development,
Technology office and Supply Chain Management, - Lobbyist for
internal and external parties involved in the operation of Sluiskil - Represent
company as a professional and reliable business partner - Initiates
improvement proposals to make and optimize procedures, activities and projects
to secure continuous improvement - Participates
in making of safety culture of the Sluiskil plant - Lead and/or
participate in risk assessments and designing of the plant - Responsible
of following safe operations during normal operations and upset situations in
whole plant - Observing
deviations and reporting immediately to the responsible person - Acts as a
profound leader - Flexible,
analytical, stress resistant - Proactive
searching improvements in all areas - Being able
to talk to and/or correct team members on attitude and behavior issues - High safety
and quality awareness - Be able to

Requirements
Keys to success in this role
The best combination of experiences, skills and background is:
- · Minimum 6 - 10 years working experience - in chemical plant or vegetable oil refinery
- · Higher educated degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering, and/or relevant experience
- · Experience working on multi-discipline, multi-party, multi-culture teams
- · Quality-, safety-, instruction knowledge and ability to work within them
- · Knowledge of business systems
- · Knowledge of HSE- systems
