15-20 years offshore project experience.

A degree in a Business Management field of study
Fluency in English language, both verbal and written
Knowledge of PEM in Subsea
Project experience will be an advantage
Good skills in MS Office and SAP experience is an advantage
Good communications and leadership skills
High integrity and ethical values.
Ability to work independently
Team player in an international environment
Good communication and collaboration skills
Analytical skills, understanding of the connection between details and the “bigger picture”. Able to work at both levels; detail and strategic
Structured, organized, action oriented and strong drive for result
A change agent, service attitude, pro-active, team player, flexible and customer focused
Enthusiasm for learning and teaching others
Desire to work multidiscipline and crosswise projects and organisation
Minimum White Belt trained and preferable Orange Belt capable or willing to undertake this knowledge acquisition.
