CONTRACTS ADMIN

Requirements/Job posting:

We are looking for a contract administrator who is experienced with more than 3 years on project control contract management at any of shipbuilding yard.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the builder’s contractual obligation as pre the contract.
• Check and monitor the project progress in procurement, engineering and production.
• Smooth coordination between the Buyer and the builder on all issues and matters.
• Report project progress to the management periodically.
• Report any of major issues to the management at any time.
• Document control for the project
• Correspondences between the Buyer/Builder.
• Correspondences between the Builder/Class.
• Cost adjustment (credit/extra) during construction stage.

 
Tasks:

Supporting to the project manager, the contract administrator shall be maintained with due diligence on any project till delivery to the customer on time .

Major tasks of this position will be:

1. Correspondences between the Buyer/Builder.
2. Correspondences between the Builder/Class.
3. Cost adjustment (credit/extra)during construction stage.
