HSEQ - Solar Farm - FIFO - 3:1 ($150K per annum) / Australia

The Client is a leading Electrical Contractor company who have continuous projects throughout resource & energy sectors.  We are now seeking an experience HSEQ to assist with the delivery of a 140MW solar farm project.

Reporting to the Project Manager this role will see you lead the site based HSE team to drive the embedding of the organisations safety culture, drive HSE performance and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Your role includes

• Setting HSE objectives and targets, and reviewing performance
• Identifying, evaluating and managing safety risks
• Develop and implement HSE strategies and plans to improve performance
• Ensuring effective management of all aspects of HSE
• Oversee the provision of HSE training on site

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS  

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
• Proven experience in Civil Construction with Solar Farms
• Effective communications skills across all levels of an organisation
• Track record of driving HSE culture and performance
• Experience in leading a team to deliver results
• Available to work on a 3:1 roster
• Start date – January 2020
