Maintenance & Methods leader

Job Dimensions

• Provides technical support to Discipline Leaders and to FFSD coordinator to prepare major interventions
• Implementation of the first level of Maintenance
• Support for FFSD preparation.
• Conduct and manage all small project's (reliability increase )
• Manage the computerised maintenance system (UNISUP) to optimise the maintenance methodology / procedures, Preventive Maintenance Plans.
• Review and update all CMS (Company Management System) documents related to Maintenance
• Ensure with the assistance of Discipline Leaders, the Maintenance Engineering of any modification & new projects
• Coordinate the Maintenance strategies and procedures with the Lead Discipline Engineers
• Assist the Discipline Leaders in reviewing, updating or preparing the new M&I procedures and maintain the IM content of the Company Management System
• Overview the format and content of regular Maintenance reports.
• Administers and co- ordinates all technical aspects of Stock Management, in liaison with the Discipline Engineers

Activities

Maintenance Analysis and Improvement Plans

• Produces periodic maintenance reports, for internal and external use.
• Produces and analyses ad-hoc reports, in support of technical, cost and man-hour studies, produce SECE KPI for the Asset Integrity report.
• SECE: Verification & Optimization of PM Plans in line with OIAVS

Technical Support

• Provides technical support during major maintenance interventions and for the preparation of major platform shutdown (2020).
• Focal point for the hand-over.

• Using tools, equipment and their safeguards correctly
• Using the provided means of personal protection correctly
• Leaving the workplace behind correct and orderly upon job/shift completion
• Reporting any anomaly, abnormal conditions and near miss to his supervisor
• Participating actively in HSE meetings, safety talks, tool boxes, training sessions and drills
• Co-operating actively in the execution of the HSE plans.

Desired Profile / Qualifications

• Graduate in Instrumentation & control or Electrical Engineering
• Total 12 years work experience in Instrumentation & Control Systems
• Maintenance expertise (Master in Maintenance)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the field of maintenance in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience in material / stock management in the Oil & Gas industry or similar.
