Technical Manager – Mixed Use – Zone 2 / England

One of London’s leading developers, who in the past have been voted one of the most desirable companies to work for, are looking for a Technical Manager on a permanent basis. This project is due to start Qtr1 2020 so you will initially be office based but move to site as the project kicks off.

This is a mixed use scheme is delivering 600+ units, commercial space and vast landscaping. You will be involved in the project from before demolition has even begun so you can take ownership. You will be reporting into a Technical Lead and have Coordinators as direct reports. Full details on this project have not been released yet but more can be disclosed upon interview.

This role would suit a person who has worked on London, RC Frame residential projects, ideally for a developer but main contracting experience will also be considered.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• Experience working for a large Main Contractor or Developer on large projects, Developer preferred
• The ability to work on your own initiative.
• Experience as a Technical Manager or vast experience at Technical Coordinator level and ready to step up.
• The ability to manage information from an audit point of view.

It is desirable to have;

• Construction related further education.
