Cost and Contracts Associate Director

Cost and Contracts Associate Director needed to lead team of CA’s supervisors, contract mangers on all projects in the NSW development pipeline. The purpose of the role will be to deliver high quality management and lead the entire project process within time and budget

As the Associate Director of Cost and Contracts you will be responsible for the following:

• Provide Project costs for business case calculation to justify investment in the project
• Negotiating contractual deviations
• Consider and advise upon best value procurement options and present 
• Respond proactively to commercial opportunities and risk
• Guide project teams on industry best practices on contract management practices
• Undertake cost studies and 

To be considered for the position of Associate Director of Cost and Contracts you will require:

• At least 10 years property experience in Australia Residential and Commercial market
• Tertiary quantity surveying degree or similar 
• Proven track record of leading multiple large projects
• Good management skills, you will be managing a team of at least 4 direct reports
• Buildsoft or similar experience 
• Experience in implementing cost planning, 1st principles estimates, risk assessment, claim management.
