Drilling Manager / MENA Region

Job Description
We are currently recruiting for Drilling clients in the MENA region and will be looking for “Drilling Manager” Land Rigs.

Contract (28/28) travel day paid.

Key purpose

• Manage day-to-day drilling operation to satisfy the group's work programme safely
• Manage Drilling Superintendent activity & Day/Night Supervisors. 
• The first-call for any well operation issues from the field.

Technical requirements

• Proficient technical manager in engineering disciplines that include Drilling, Completion, & Well Workover Engineering.

Financial Authority

• Daily costs as is relates to AFEs for both Drilling, Completion, Well workover budgets.

Management/influence:

• Manage all field operations from Drilling/Completion Rig Activity
• Responsible for field personnel and field contractors on location.
• Support mentoring for development of the Drilling Engineer

Education & experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering
• 10+ years of operational/supervisory experience
