Salary / Rate: £55000 to £68000 per annum plus pension, health insurance, fees etc.

THE ROLE

I am now seeking an EMPLOYER’S AGENT to work on high value residential and other projects for a large top tier firm of construction consultants in central London.

A background working for another UK firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants is essential.

You will be either MRICS or approaching taking the APC.

THE CLIENT

My client is a successful firm of construction consultants mainly providing quantity surveying, employers agent, project management, civil / structural engineering etc. to a good range of clients in the private and public sectors.

They have offices across the U.K. and abroad.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be an EMPLOYER’S AGENT ideally from a Quantity Surveying background but someone from Building Surveying or Project Management will also be considered.

Good experience of contract administration required.

You will have a Degree, Masters or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar and you will ideally be RICS qualified or approaching taking the APC to become RICS qualified.

Good client facing skills essential and you will be keen to work on high value interesting projects.

You should have worked for another firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants or client-side.

You will have worked on a variety of projects ideally including residential and commercial / retail projects.

My client will pay a market rate salary plus pension, health insurance, subscriptions, life insurance and other benefits.
