Description

• Develop drilling risk analyses and emergency preparedness plans for the well operation.
• Review contractors' documentation and procedures for legislative compliance in all HSEQ areas.
• Maintain a register for all outstanding HSEQ deviations with the Drilling Contractor.
• Monitor these regularly and apprise Wellpro AS HSEQ Manager of the status.
• Develop and conduct audit programmes on HSEQ topics to review Drilling contractor's compliance.
• Provide required input to the Drilling Consent documentation.
• Keep in contact with Norwegian Authorities and co-ordinate regular operation meetings.
• Follow up incidents, including investigations (member of investigation group)
• Prepare HSE- reports (i.e. weekly, monthly)
• Perform audits against Rig Owner, Operator, subcontractors and subsuppliers
• Participate in inspections

Requirements

• University degree in engineering or equivalent
• Postgraduate studies in safety management.

• 5 years of work experience related to legislative requirements on HSEQ matters.
• Experience of HSE requirements directly related to offshore drilling operations.
• Familiar with international standards related to quality, safety and environment (ISO 9000, ISO 14000 etc.)
• Thorough knowledge of Norwegian Rules and Regulations (RVK training mandatory).

• Fluent in the English language (Norwegian preferable)
