HSE Engineer (Part Time) / England

Our client is an independent Project Management Consultancy providing PMC services to ADNOC's Ghasha 1 BCFD Ultra-sour Gas Offshore greenfield Development Project. Based in Surrey, your role will be to overlook the EPC Contractors work to ensure compliance with client scope of works with regard to plot plan reviews, HAZOP & Safety reviews, safety deliverables, ensure constructed facilities will be safe to operate and maintain, Health, Safety, Environmental Impact (HSEIA) reports, QRA development and gas dispersion modelling for CO2 / high hydrogen sulphide (H2S) concentration.

For this we are seeking a HSE Engineer for a 6-8 month assignment, with 15 years' HSE oil & gas experience, including 10 years leading major FEED & EPC projects, familiar with international health, safety & environmental codes, standards, recommended practices and regulations. This role can be a part-time contract, 2-3 days per week.

The project involves drilling development wells and the construction of separate offshore and onshore treatment, processing and transportation facilities for natural gas, condensate, crude oil and sulphur, including 10 artificial islands, set for production by 2025.
