Project Manager / New Zealand

Our client a commercial and residential main contractor are urgently seeking a Project Manager to join their collaborative team. This role will be reporting to one of the hands-on directors and be responsible for managing three projects to the value of $10 million.

Within this role we’re seeking candidates who have experience as a Project Manager and delivered projects within the commercial construction sector. In addition to preferred experience you must have strong knowledge with IT systems and programms.

Skills and attributes we’re seeking are:

• Proven experience within the commercial construction on projects to the value of $10 million and managing several projects at concurrently 
• A degree that's construction industry related or a carpentry qualifcation 
• An outgoing personality and a strong ability to communicate with team members, sub-contractors, clients and consultants 
• Local knowledge and a network throughout Auckland would be attractive
