Our Client is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to work a 1 year contract position in North York Ontario.
Project Coordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform initial needs assessment and information gathering of documentation, communication, and print requests from Engineering and other areas of the business
• Monitor general mailbox and assist in the review, coordination, and assignment of incoming communication requests
• Manage, coordinate, and assist in the publishing and release of Engineering communications, such as memos, bulletins, and product recalls
• Manage and maintain email distribution lists, communication schedules, and filing of internal project files
• Ensure that all work requests are recorded, updated, and completed in a timely manner
• Manage communication with external print vendors and graphics designers as needed to ensure vendors have all the necessary data to complete their scope of work
• Provide other administrative and project planning support to the Content Management team as needed
• Demonstrate strong work ethic in all areas
MUST HAVE qualifications:
• University or college degree
• 3+ years of project coordination/administration experience in an engineering or technical environment
• Documentation or content management experience is highly desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with document/content management systems is a plus
• SharePoint administration experience is a plus
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage parallel deadlines
NICE TO HAVE qualifications:
• Documentation or content management experience is highly desired
