Project Manager - Electrical Installation / France

My client is looking to add to their team, based in Paris. This is an office based opportunity where you will project manage the installation of charging stations for electrical vehicles, across France.

Responsibilities:

• Builds the project organization and defines the deployment processes, the organization and the means to be implemented by the different entities;
• Builds the project budget and monitors it;
• Provides the necessary reporting;
• Coordinates the actions of the entities involved and organizes the steering

Committees;

• Coordinates the actors of the Project Teams for which he is responsible;
• Apply the standards and specifications established by Engineering and Methods (doctrines, standard plans) or project technical references (TOTAL EV CHARGE);
• Includes specific needs in terms of safety, security, environmental protection and sustainable development in its projects;
• Dialogue with business experts and ensures that the proposed solutions meet the objectives;

Contributes to the establishment of specifications;

• Organizes tenders in conjunction with the Purchasing Department: Study Office, equipment, work;
• Analyzes responses to tenders in conjunction with the Purchasing Department and participates in the negotiation of work contracts;
• Pilots the Project Master's Assistants or Master contractors;
• Implements the HSE Group policy in the deployment of its projects;
• Provides post- accident/incident analysis and feedback;
• Defines, implements and tracks indicators to measure results and compare them to objectives;
• Analyses discrepancies and implements corrective measures;
• Ensure that all administrative approvals are obtained for the project and the operation of the sites after the project is completed;
• Ensure that constructive and administrative files for each project are properly

Drafted and archived;

• Organizes the exit from project mode to exploitation
• Provides feedback from engineering and methods and purchasing services
• Ensure that the equipment base (entries and exits) is updated, the immobilization base (via accounting) of the plans base and the synoptic
