Technical Manager & Technical Coordinator – Residential / England

A known developer who cover a variety of projects from greenfield traditional units to RC Frame, brownfield JV’s are looking for a Technical Manager and a Technical Coordinator. You could currently be at Technical Coordinator level and ready to step up or be in a more junior position and a need a new challenge.

The right candidate is the one that has drive and desire to make a name for themselves but also wants to help a division grow. Working closely with the Commercial and Production teams you will play a major part in helping push this region forwards. This is a strong and stable technical team who require more resource due to the work load.

This role is about securing the right person and the business do not need to rush to do so. They have the capability to take someone on tomorrow or wait until later in the year.

You must have;

• Experience working for a leading developer within a technical team.
• Loyalty and progression within employers.
• Further education such as a degree in Architecture
