Contracts Manager – Residential / England

A residential developer is looking to secure a Contracts Manager to overlook multiple schemes. Projects will be at various stages but you will have site based teams already running these and aware of what the projects require. Other projects that are in there infancy you will be able to but the teams for. 
This is a developer who focus on quality and customer service. Whilst all company’s emphasis this, this company deliver it. A modern, business-like approach is required.
Whilst covering sites, you will also be assisting with the early stages of future projects. You will liaise with all departments from planning, technical and commercial on current and future projects.

This is not your typical Contracts Manager role. This role will give you exposure to many different aspects that are not always shared in a typical developer.

Due to the company’s growth plans and the growth of this division, opportunities to progress will be available in the future.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• Experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager with a Developer
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
• Good knowledge of all aspects from pre-construction through to Customer Care.

It is desirable to have;

• HNC/Degree related to construction
